At Thats So Fetch UK, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the items are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized UK post office.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, you will receive a digital gift card via email to use on your next purchase.
